HOW TO FILM YOURSELF ON YOUR PHONE
Find a quiet room with no music or TV in the background.
Hold your phone upright (vertically), not sideways (horizontally).
Face a light source, a window or a lamp. The background should be darker than your face.
Frame yourself so the top of your head is near the top of the screen, without a lot of empty space above you.
Keep the phone close enough that your voice comes through clearly, about an arm's length away.
Picture a friend or family member and tell your story to them.
Start with your name and where you're from.
